Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. All shipments include USPS insurance.✨ Handmade & Product Disclaimer: Each tumbler is carefully handmade with love, which means no two are exactly alike. There are no returns, remakes, or exchanges on my ON LIVE and OFF LIVE orders. Due to the handmade nature of these items, you may notice small variations or slight imperfections. These do not affect quality or use and simply make your cup unique and one-of-a-kind.The tumblers themselves are mass-produced by the manufacturer, and as a result, minor cosmetic flaws may occur. They will not cause leaks or compromise the function of your cup, and therefore are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
