Refund policy

NO REFUND POLICY: I Understand that once my cup is made there are NO REFUNDS! If cup arrives damaged, you agree to email me proper proof of the damage. Once proof is received, I will remake you a cup just like the one you had if the design is still available, or something similar that is in stock.
